Since beginning fitness space design at the dawn of 2010, we have specialized in designing spaces that foster growth for future fitness franchisors and local fitness and athletic providers. Our shop excels in crafting go-to-market designs and “test fit” models, ensuring every square foot serves both franchisee and landlord, while conserving essential startup capital.
With hundreds of successful locations in our portfolio, our experience spans roles from owner-operator to consultant, with a focus on developing, upgrading, and refurbishing fitness facilities. At WEC, our full-time team of professionals brings every dimension of design and engineering under one roof, offering services that range from 3D product design for digital platforms to comprehensive franchise concept development—including architectural drawings and detailed color and finish guides.
